Students can earn a Graduate Certificate in a specific content area. Several academic areas offer 15-18 credit hour graduate certificates online. Hours earned toward a Graduate Certificate can often be used toward a master’s degree. Courses are delivered asynchronously online.

Educational Leadership
Prepares educators who have a qualifying master’s degree for the New Mexico 3B License in School Administration. The certificate program requires 18 credit hours and all coursework is offered online. An additional 6 credit hours of internship are completed following the certificate to qualify for the New Mexico 3B License in School Administration.

Certificates are a stepping stone into the Early Childhood Education program. All courses taken toward an Early Childhood certificate will count towards an associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree.
